Goal & Purpose: Leaders & Entrepreneurs of Orange strives to provide professional guidance, educational workshops, and volunteer opportunities to local college students to help them prepare for life after graduation.
Overview: Working with Others and Emotional Intelligence Behavioral psychologists have researched the theory that people’s behavior can be roughly classified into four groups. By recognizing your dominant style and developing the ability to identify traits in others, you can use Emotional Intelligence to change your behavior to interact with a wide variety of personalities and tendencies.
