Our special guests for September are:
- Josh Soliz from the City of Orange

- Mike Learakos from Abound Food Care
Join us and learn more about the new requirements for businesses regarding Senate Bill 1383. Staff from the Public Works department, CR&R Environmental Services and Abound Food Care will be present to answer any questions. For more information, visit CityOfOrange.org/SolidWaste.
Senate Bill 1383 requires all businesses and commercial centers that generate a certain amount of organic waste to develop a program to recycle organic waste rather than sending it to a landfill. Organic waste includes food waste, vegetable trimmings, plate scrapings, spoiled food and excess food inventory.
