Ed Royce (R) is serving his ninth term in Congress representing Southern California’s 40th District. Royce sits on three Subcommittees of the Financial Services Committee: Capital Markets, Insurance and Government Sponsored Enterprises; Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit; and Oversight and Investigations.
